Rates

Tanny's Therapeutic Rates are as follows: 

1/2 hour -        $50.00 
1 hour -           $95.00
1 1/2 hour  -   $135.00
2 hour -          $170.00

Relaxation Rates:

1/2 hour -        $40.00 
1 hour -           $70.00
1 1/2 hour  -   $95.00
2 hour -         $135.00

We do accept all major credit cards, checks and cash.  

(It is important for you to know that this is NOT like any therapy you have ever had before. We will NOT schedule you for 2-3 visits a week  for months. Our goal is to treat you once and fix whatever problem you have, as quickly as possible, so you don't have to come in for multiple visits.  In turn, cost for treating your injury should be considerably less than other treatment options that you are looking at.)

You may be successful in being reimbursed by your insurance company if you 1) get a referral from your doctor and 2) get a diagnosis code for this treatment from your doctor.                                                                              
Full payment is expected at time of treatment for all services rendered.

1st Appointment Duration:

Our goal for you is a permanent solution to your physical pain and discomfort. We spend time looking for the underlying causes and contributing factors that caused your pain in the first place and will educate you on appropriate solutions...and then we work on you. Because of this you can count on your first appointment lasting about an hour and a half . If less time than that gets the job done then all the better!

My name is Tanny Johnson and I am so honored to be apart of Therapy Central family.

I was inspired by my mother and a holistic healer to pursue this career because, as they said, I have a natural skill and ability. I didn't actually consider it as a career until I decided to make a life change. Becoming  a Massage Therapist has been pivotal in my personal growth. It has been one of the best choices in my life and I wouldn't know what to do without it.

I attended Rising Spirit Healing Institute in Atlanta ,Georgia and I am skilled in 5 distinct modalities. I am a creative problem solver by nature, and one of my pleasures is figuring out how to make massage work to its best advantage for each person I work with. Massage healing practices are a gift to humanity ! I love what I do and do what I love. Which has given me the opptunity to work on people from all walks of life. I have worked with adolescence to those in their 90's, from some in poor health to tri-athletes and cyclists, to others having very little to the very wealthy, and everyone in between. What I found over the past 5 years in working with all these various individuals and personalities is that all human beings want to be recognized, loved, and appreciated.

My massage technique is very intuitive. I let my hands guide me and adjust pressure in accordance with the feedback I receive from the muscle tissue. This allows me to combine Deep Tissue and Neuromuscular techniques with relaxation massage resulting in a general feeling of wellness, or balance. Working this way allows me to customize each massage experience for the individuals, and the ability to reach deep layers of muscle without shocking the body. Judged on the number of marriage proposals I received after sessions, I can only assume my work is effective:).
