Please print a copy of this Contract and bring it to your first appointment. We will go over it in detail during your first treatment session. It is the position of Therapy Central of Round Rock that if a student/athlete continues to do things that contribute to his or her injury then everyone loses. -The parents lose time and money.
-The athlete will not heal or progress at the rate he/she wishes to, if at all.
-Additionally, we rely entirely on
word of mouth referrals. If treatments are perceived as ineffective because
of lack of progress caused by lack of adherence to preventive measures and maintenance
then our reputation is compromised. If that happens our ability to
help others with their pain/injury is also compromised. Thanks ahead of time
