1st Appointment Duration:
Our goal for you is a permanent solution to your physical pain and
discomfort. We spend time looking for the underlying causes and contributing
factors that caused your pain in the first place and will educate
you on appropriate solutions...and then we work on you. Because of
this you can count on your first appointment lasting about an hour
and a half . If less time than that gets the job done then all the
better!
What to expect during your massage session:
Many of the techniques get deep into the muscle and/or connective tissues. Therefore, pain can be expected during the massage. We recommend wearing loose gym shorts if your lower body is going to get worked on. For upper body work it is best if you wear a comfortable t-shirt and for ladies a sports bra under the t-shirt.
After the massage you may
feel invigorated, lightheaded , tired or just "weird" feeling. Your
arm, leg , hip or back may feel looser than you ever thought possible.
It is very important to drink lots of water before and after the massage
to assist with toxin release and to ease soreness. Be
sure and
ask us how and why to use ice.
Payment Information:
We do accept all major credit cards, checks and cash.
