... also helped to keep me in the lineup. Injuries can kill a player's career and I have no doubt that without the help I received I would have had some sort of serious injury by now. The way Ken explains it, most therapies treat injuries by trying to strengthen the muscles around the injury and never really fix the problem and therefore the problem never goes away. This happened to me with a quad pull; I injured it towards the end of my 2001 season. We tried everything that we knew how to do to treat it but nothing seemed to work. After taking 2 months off, doing nothing, I started running again and it was still bothering me so I went and saw Ken. With about three treatments my quad was feeling better than ever and I haven't had a problem since then. This type of treatment works, but most trainers, doctors and even massage therapists don't know what it is or how to do it and it's really hard work. Thanks guys.
